It has a small and charming garden where you can have your breakfast in the morning;You will stay in a part of Venice which is not turistic and very peaceful,steps away you will find the famous "strada nova" where there are a lot of typical restaurants and bars and where you will find the fish and vegatable markets,shops and supermarkets.
The rooms have been refurnished in Venetian style and are all equipped with air-conditioning.
It is located only 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, in a central but very peaceful way.
