This one bed apartment is situated on a golf complex only 30 mins from Alicante airport and 15 mins from Murcia airport. It is located on the Villa Golf complex, in Villa Martin, which is a square consisting of a number of bars, restaurants and shops with the apartments above. In the summertime it is a lively complex with tourists and music playing in the square, whilst in the winter it is a quiet retreat for a warm game of golf. The open plan lounge and dining room are fully equipped with dining table, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and patio doors to balcony overlooking the square The bedroom is complete with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The fully fitted bathroom is entered from the bedroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery that you would need to enjoy your stay The complex has a large communal swimming pool, with a lawned garden, which is ideal for topping up that tan.
