This is a 3-storey house situated in a new, friendly (mostly Brits!) block just 10 minutes walk from the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a continental twin (pushed together) with en-suite facilities and 2 sun terraces. There is also a cot for babies. There is an en-suite shower room with toilet/basin - a Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and 2 basins and a separate WC with basin on the ground floor. The dining table in the lounge expands to seat 8 (at a pinch!). There is garden furniture for eating outside. There is also a high chair. Lovely, good size kitchen with double sink. The washing machine is outside on the sun patio, with a washing line, as well as another shower. This area leads out into a communal pool. There are heaters and fans in each bedroom and the lounge. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Linen and towels (not beach) are provided. There is a carport and a patio area. The double room has a balcony and the top bedroom has a sun terrace front and back. The back of the building gets sun all day and the front gets shade all day. The TV receives all the main British TV channels, as well as SKY 1, Sky sports 1&2, Sky movies 1, UK Gold, Discovery etc, over 30 channels in all. There is also a portable CD/Cassette Radio.
